The DeVoes, a family of five wanting a modern kitchen to reflect their lifestyle (mostly by boat and on the water) – entertaining friends & raising three children (with frequent visits from the neighborhood kids) – needed a space that was practical, stylish, & kid-friendly (durable).

We pulled a mix of earthy elements, including a Teak wood backsplash (reminiscent of their boats), natural grasses set in eco-resin, limestone counter tops, chocolate stained bamboo by Kirei, reupholstered vintage chair with organic fabric, hand-blown glass lamps, and IKEA pulls to offset the cost of the beautiful lamps.
